Into the wild and back to work

Maps 3D is currently the key product of the German software house movingworld which was founded in 2003 by IT and navigation specialist Moritz Gaupp. Our vision behind this app is to offer fans of the great outdoors a practical tool featuring global 3D maps which are very intuitive for everyone to grasp.
The 'Maps 3D - GPS Tracks for Bike, Hike, Ski & Outdoor' app has been available since 2011. More than 800,000 iPhone owners are currently using the app as a companion and guide - just like us. The first place we test out the new features included in our regular updates is in the Palatinate Forest in south-west Germany, which just so happens to be right behind our office. There we go on extended trips through the nature park with its over 300km of mountain bike trails and countless hiking paths.
In the second stage, many enthusiastic testers around the world extensively test our new ideas for outdoor-sports fanatics like you and us. Write to us too if you have an idea or suggestions on how to improve the app. We look forward to your feedback.
