- LIVE Map builds up slowly
Especially the Cyclemap servers answer very slow during the last few days. Many apps based on that provider's data are facing the same issue. We are in contact with this provider and hope to get the map speed back. Please use the street map instead. You can change the map type in the app's settings.

- The offline map is downloading slowly
This is the same issue with the Opencyclemap provider. It may take up to 10 minutes to get a huge map.

- The offline map or the POI list is empty
There was a wrong client registration between Friday April, 29th and Saturday April 30th.
If you face that issue, please restart the app:

Double-tap the home button on the mobile device.
Hold down your finger against the application's icon in the menu at the bottom of the iPhone screen.
Tap the "minus" icon on the application, and press "Home."
Touch the home screen, and tap the previously closed application's icon to re-launch it.
